Proformance Powder Coating & Blasting offers in-house & mobile media blasting services, allowing us to service our customers no matter the item or location. How Does Dustless Blasting Work?

The process is extremely clean, and doesn't require tenting....just a few tarps on the ground to catch the residue and blasting media. Dustless blasting is a combination of compressed air, clean media, water, and a rust inhibitor when needed. Water is the key ingredient and evaporates quickly. This totally eliminates any coating or media dust from beoming airborne. What's even more amazing is what happens to the coatings and media. Because it's wet blasting, everything runs down and falls onto the tarps, making for quick and easy cleanup when we're done. No coatings, no dust, just a clean enviornment.
